GAC Group has always adhered to the talent strategy of "Place people from all corners of the world and make people worthy", recruiting external talents and cultivating internal talents. In June 2013, a training center was established, and in June 2018, GAC Training Center (formerly known as GAC University) and GAC Party School were established. As the main carrier of GAC's talent training system, GAC Training Center (Party School) spreads GAC's culture, shares internal resources, improves employee skills, builds a learning organization, and continuously trains and delivers outstanding talents with GAC characteristics and competent for future development for GAC Group.

GAC Training Center | GAC Party School

GAC Training Center (Party School) currently has two campuses: Wushan Campus and GAC Central Campus. The main campus is located in the Automotive Technology Building, No. 381, Wushan Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. It has several networked classrooms with different functions, which can accommodate 300 people for study and seminars .

The school motto of the GAC Training Center (Party School) is "Ming morality and goodness, seeking truth and practicing". The words "University": "The way of the university is to be bright and virtuous, to be close to the people, and to stop at the best."
Meaning: We cultivate GAC people with high moral character, lofty aspirations, active responsibility, simplicity and integrity, openness and tolerance, sincere unity, and firm will. We will continue to innovate and make breakthroughs, continue to cultivate successors, inherit team wisdom, and forge ahead towards our goals.
