Overseas Strategy

GAC Group continues to promote overseas strategic planning, accelerate the pace of going international, and expand the export coverage. It develops overseas business by building one platform, integrating three resources, and establishing five systems.

    Build One Platform

    With the reality of the overseas market in mind, GAC Group has started to integrate and build overseas business platforms at business and organizational levels by incorporating any overseas business platform that has become mature enough.

    Integrate Three Resources

    GAC Group makes reasonable use of global elements from domestic and foreign partners to integrate three basic resources of talent, technology and capital, thereby sharing resources, controlling risks and improving efficiency.

    Establish Five Systems

    Step by step, GAC Group will build a global R&D system, a global procurement and supply chain system, a global production system, an overseas marketing system, and an overseas service system until a complete global industrial chain ultimately takes shape. Apart from its own efforts, GAC Group will fully integrate external resources and gradually improve the system construction through cooperation, M&As, and capital operations.
