GAC R&D Center Europe and GAC Advanced Design Center Milan was officially launched on October 26, local time, in Milan, Italy, where Barchetta, GAC’s brand-new concept exhibition car, made its public debut. By then, GAC Group had built a GAC global R&D network with the GAC R&D Center at its core and GAC R&D Center America, GAC R&D Center Europe, and GAC Advanced Design Studio Shanghai as its support. GAC’s design team had formed a global design innovation system consisting of Milan, Los Angeles, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, “four cities in three countries.” The newly upgraded GAC global R&D network will enhance GAC's independent innovation capability on an ongoing basis.
