（2010年8月[24]日, 香港) 中国领先的汽车制造商广州汽车集团股份有限公司（“广汽集团”）(香港联交所股票代码: 2238）与骏威汽车有限公司（“骏威”）（香港联交所股票代码: 0203）欣然宣布广汽集团以协议安排方式私有化骏威 (“协议安排)已于2010年8月24日通过法院聆讯，并将于2010年8月25日生效。骏威股票将于2010年8月25日收市后从香港联交所撤销上市地位，同时广汽集团H股将于2010年8月30日在香港联交所挂牌交易。

GAC Completes the Privatization of Denway  

H-Share Commences Trading on 30 August 2010

 

(24 August 2010, HONG KONG) Guangzhou Automobile Group Co. Ltd. (“GAC”) (HKSE: 2238), one of China’s leading sedan makers, and Denway Motors Limited (“Denway”) (HKSE: 0203) are pleased to announce that the proposed privatization of Denway by way of a scheme of arrangement (“Scheme”) was sanctioned by the Court Hearing on 24 August 2010, and will subsequently become effective on 25 August 2010. Denway Shares will be withdrawn from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange after close of business on Wednesday, 25 August 2010, and GAC H Shares will commence trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 30 August 2010.
