On July 31, the kick-off ceremony of the Guangzhou 6·30 Campaign 2024 for rural revitalization was held at the auditorium of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee. Wang Huanqing, Vice Mayor of Guangzhou, gave an inspiring speech at the ceremony. Chen Xiaomu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of GAC Group, attended the event.

 

GAC GROUP donates 22 million RMB at the 6.30 Campaign 2024 for rural revitalization in Guangzhou

 

Before the ceremony, Guo Yonghang, Secretary of Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee, and Sun Zhiyang, Mayor of Guangzhou, met with representatives engaging in charity work. After listening to the representatives' speeches, Guo Yonghang expressed his gratitude to the enterprises, social organizations and those involved in charity work on behalf of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Government and the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

 

At the kick-off ceremony, Chen Xiaomu donated 22 million RMB on behalf of GAC Group. The donation will be used for the rural revitalization programs in paired-assistance areas and promoting Guangzhou Charity for the People program and other charitable programs in Guangzhou, such as employee relief, mental illness treatment for students, Little Wish-Empowering Families, Buds-caring Action, acts of bravery, Happy Mothers, Dream Angel charity for disable children and other charity programs.

 

GAC Group win the golden trophy of the Guangzhou 6.30 Campaign for rural revitalization.

 

    According to the assessment results of the Guangzhou 6.30 Campaign for rural revitalization in 2023, GAC Group was awarded the golden trophy. This shows the recognition of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government for GAC's contribution to consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization.

 

Since its establishment, GAC Group has invested more than 3.378 billion RMB in public welfare.
