During the Chengdu Motor Show in 2020, Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. ("GAC Group") and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. ("FCA Group") officially signed a strategic cooperation memo at Chengdu. Both parties intended to further intensify their cooperation in China and deeply discuss about new cooperation opportunities based on existing foundations and respective advantages. Yan Zhuangli, vice president of GAC Group, and Massimiliano Trantini, COO of Asia Pacific Region of FCA Group, signed the MOU on behalf of the two parties.

In accordance with the MOU, both parties will actively discuss the strategic cooperation by virtue of their advantageous resources, and by a series of measures, jointly optimize the business of GAC FCA, reinforce advantages of Jeep brand, and accelerate the introduction of new products and electric vehicles.
